Kitt Fine Homes is owned and operated by Bob and Mike Kitt. We do most of our work in the Kimberley -Cranbrook area of the Kootenays.

We realize that deciding to build your dream home and getting organized for the project can seem a bit overwhelming at times.

We believe in educating our clients about what to expect during the build process. There will be some decisions that will have to be made early in the project and others that can wait until later.

We will assist in ensuring that you are making the best possible decisions throughout the construction of your home.

We are members of the Homeowner Protection Office ( HPO ) and therefore are involved in many continuing education programs.

These programs are designed to keep us up to date on building code changes, new building practices and energy efficient designs.
