Home Building & Renovation Services
KITT Fine Homes has been building and renovating in the Kimberley–Cranbrook area since 1992. We are licensed residential builders and provide New Home Warranty insurance through National Home Warranty.
We are registered with WorkSafe BC as well as the Homeowner Protection Office. Our main focus is building custom homes, but we also do larger renovations and home additions.
Building and Design
We use an energy advisor for all new home projects. We will enrol you in all the rebate programs available from Fortis BC and BC Hydro. There are definite advantages in working with an energy advisor. They can show you the benefits and any disadvantages of choosing a particular heating system over another. After the house is finished, it will be put through a series of tests and an energy scorecard and report will be given to you.
We have had the opportunity to work with some great home designers over the years.
